- Frank TBrian and Gretchen from Peak Electrical Services/Ductless Heating & Cooling recently installed a four-zone heat pump system in our home, and they did a fantastic job. They communicated with me promptly from the beginning and answered my numerous questions completely and professionally. Importantly, they provided a detailed quote for the materials, labor and related services. They did a thoroughly professional job installing the four mini-split units in three bedrooms and one family room, optimizing the units' locations, keeping the mess to a minimum, and cleaning up after the installation. They were sensitive to the units' installed appearance in the home and involved me in decision-making when necessary. I would absolutely use Peak Electrical Services/Ductless Heating & Cooling again, and recommend anyone thinking of having a heat pump installed or other electrical work processed to contact them. Thank you Brian and Gretchen!
- Office SBrian & Gretchen were great to work with. They went the extra mile to help troubleshoot and repair our heating/cooling system. Very friendly, fun people to work with, we will be calling them again when we need this type of service.
SavannahNow I understand all the 5 star reviews! Brian and Gretchen are good people. They do quality work. Brian saved me money suggesting easy DIY electrical updates I could do myself instead of doing the work himself. (Like replacing a bad photosensor instead of the whole unit). Heat pump installation very clean work. We even threw a wrench at them when we decided we wanted a 2 pump system the day they came to install. They took it in stride! Sorry about that! HIGHLY recommended. Prices were reasonable and lower than competitors. LGBT friendly. I'll be recommending this family team to anyone who needs electrical or a heat pump system.
